I bought over Rm650 groovy sunshade from this company. It does not fit my car as promised. They even made mistakes of sending me the wrong one and ask me to send it back at my expense. They promised me that its the magnetic type. I receive the clip one. To make my blood boil. Mr. DIY shop is selling very similar sunshade at Rm 40-Rm50. The shade is too light, people standing outside can see inside. And it still feels hot and the sun still very glaring that i stop using it and use back my old static film. The screen that they use is the same as those selling at rm5-8 per 2 piece. The only difference is the metal frame and the cloth strip sewn into it. Even tho they said its custom made. But they can't accomplish a little request to fully cover my 2 front window. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED for buying this type of sunscreen.
If anyone plans to buy this. Try take a look at those who have bought this physically.

How to refund? I don't want the shade anymore. Seller may think that I will not send it back after refund. But I am also afraid that seller will not refund me after I send it back. So how can we settle this?

Hi sir, as mentioned in the PM, we need your details, i.e. your name and phone number for us to check our records. Your reluctant-less in providing this basic details is making our support for you very difficult. If you buy the shades from us, you have our support. Period. No question asked if the mistake is genuine from our side.

I am a user of groovy shade for 2 years. But already forget bought from who.

But for me, mine fits perfectly. and just fyi. the one that you seen at diy, quality is way below groovy. I know because I have both.

For your question, the people outside can see inside, I guess every shade did that lol. Unless you heavily tinted then its different story.
And front 2 windows? I suppose driver and co-driver? You want to fully cover? seriously? How is that making sense? How to use side mirror?

However, I do hope you will find your solution real soon.

Thanks for your kind word, [Ancient-XinG-]. Groovy is taking action against Mr DIY once the patents is in effect. But nevertheless, we can't stop piracy and that's alone is a testament of how good/popular the shade is. ;-)

I am trying to contact Autogik to try to fix his issue but unfortunately he doesn't reply to my PMs nor provide me his basic information for me to search for his order details. We can't afford to be other one-time seller who sell and ignore their customer satisfaction. Afterall, customer's word of mouth is the most powerful marketing & sales tool.
