They changed and moved a lot of the objects and billboards in the "Definitive Edition", that's my biggest gripe with the game. It's a lot less Hong Kong looking now, at least on the underworld side.

Also, the stupid fog makes no sense during non-raining times.

TBH, they actually made the game worse on the PC.

Doesn't feel like it adds to anything for me. I got every DLC for the game after the last winter sale and played the shit out of everything it has to offer (plus that spy car DLC).

Feels like an edition tailored for people who want everything for the game packaged into one neat compilation.

As far as my copy is concerned, only DLCs with completely new storylines (Nightmare at North Point, Zodiac Tournament and Year of the Snake) are segregated from the main storyline. Every other DLC adds vehicles, outfits and side missions to the main storyline.
