I give 1.2k a month to my wife, and with 2 supplementary card. Utilities and grocery bill is not included.

I ask around my friend, most of them just give RM800-RM1800. Some which are quite rich, they give around RM4k-RM4.5k

I know my dad give my mom RM10k a month though.
