whats the difference between 2gb (size dimension kinda smaller)

RAM KINGSTON DDR2 800MHz



and the other one standard size?



is it the same???

what happen if i put the standard one (1 pieces) with 3 pieces the smaller size (the speed or etc)..all of them is 2gb ddr2 800mhz x 4

i'm newbie in ram....please help thanks
