Hi,
I just bought and installed Kingston HyperXDDR3 1600. But my BIOS is identifying as DDR3 1333.

Is this correct or did I receive the wrong part?

Tks

should be correct. IINM, most 1600Mhz RAMs is actually set at 1333Mhz smile.gif
try to set the ratio of the CPU & RAM until you see 1600Mhz.

So, my 1600MHz is being downgraded and performing as a 1333Mhz RAM?

And...errrr....how do I set this ratio?

Tks
