i am using a low budget motherboard called asus p5qpl-am with a core2quad proc, just wondering if these rams are compatible with the mobo

Kingston HyperX DDR2 800MHz 4GB (2GB x 2pcs) - KHX6400D2LLK2/4G
and
Corsair DIMM 2GB DDR2 800 Memory Desktop Ram (VS2GB800D2)
