@Acid - i think you need to check the steering jolt force in FFB menu, or soften the FFB effects.. I believe you are using realfeel..

Already tried reducing jolt magnitude and force strength but didn't affect the rattling at all. check the realfeel manual, there are some shortcut keys to soften the FFB effects.. that usually works..
