Mine also cannot receive OTA update. Could be due to rooted.
So I went to download the file from samfirmware.
Should I update it using PC Odin or Mobile Odin? Any differences if using either one? Mobile Odin has to be pro version? If update through PC Odin will the counter increase again?
Anyone can share your experience? Thanks in advance.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 21 2012, 10:27 PM) Mobile Odin Pro is better, because Mobile Odin Pro remain the root as it got feature call Enable EverRoot. Beside this, Mobile Odin Pro won't increase binary count where Desktop Odin will increase binary count. Under EverRoot has few check box, should I tick all or just the first box to enable it? I think need to check second box as well to inject superuser back after flash. Not too sure though.

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Jun 21 2012, 11:14 PM) you using normal supersu or pro ? I do not have supersu pro so not able to help you guys test out. Maybe supersu pro will help if you want to flash through pc odin. But if you have mobile odin pro can straight away flash and retain the root. p/s: tar.md5 file is huge after extracted from firmware zip. It's around 1.15GB This post has been edited by chewlf: Jun 21 2012, 11:20 PM

QUOTE(Assclown @ Jun 24 2012, 12:56 PM) anybody using Light Flow? reading the user's feedback in Play store, there are some mixed feedbacks; some saying its good and some saying it doesn't work. I just need an app to turn off the LED notification after 15-20minutes. Light flow is not compatible with S3 yet. I have the paid version but after install during open/close folder at home page, the lady voice will keep saying folder open/close. Very annoying and there is no way to disable it. Still waiting light flow to be fixed before I continue use it.

Not difficult to put on the screen protector. All you need is time and patient. Don't do it under the fan. If any dirt trap underneath use tape to stick it slowly. I have no problem doing since I stick all the screen protector myself including some of my friends asking for help. You must have a sturdy hands as well.
