nahhhh, they just probably taking things slowly so there wouldn't be any loop holes or exploits and at the meantime dealing with EGLS's theft on Torchlight assets. Very typical for ex-Blizzard lah, "it's done when it's done" attitude, a longer wait is necessary so fanboys should meditate, hang out on the forum or people who pre-ordered should just get GW2 to cure the itch.

Afterall, there're 33 people in the team now so it will take some times.

Now, where's that link for Torchlight II: Soundtrack Edition that I was looking for. rolleyes.gif

Judging in initial post pattern, it more likely 7 days when they complete on certain target.. which mean 1 Act per week, taken each Act have equal length in all.

So, if they keep this up.. they only need another 3 weeks to complete right.. ok.. make it a month from now..

so, where is my glasses..

i think the debit card alone works, so yeah. But not the one that comes with atm card.

else get a BIGshot visa "prepaid" card from airasia, you can reload that card through cimbclicks without any extra charge.
