Anyway, I just linked my Maybank debit card to google wallet so that I can purchase app in play store.

Then I go ahead and bought an app.

Then, I install the app.

After that, I went into my bank account and check for balance.

What is weird is that none of my money is credited out.

Is that normal?

check tomorrow..urs will be deducted...

It will deducted after few day... normally 3 days u can see the result ad..

I'm also a Maybank debit card user, but since I've an online account, the transactions are instant.

That is shocking indeed. Usually bank will hold a certain amount in the debit card first as actual transaction will be posted later. For example if use at petrol station, RM200 in the account will be held immediately until the transaction is posted.

Haha that's why he is damn lucky! Problem is his debit card not from bank, its from MOL or whatsoever I think. I think MOL (or whatever it is I forgotten) once sold debit card in seven eleven where any ah beng also can have as long as more than 12 years old. He was a lucky ******* to grab one of them

My debit card is with a foreign bank. I did go back to the bank to set a limit for on line transaction before link to google wallet.

Noob question, how too add my mayban debit card as payment method? Googled it, it say to add on google wallet but dont hv that app on google play.

2 ways to add:
1. Add using Google Wallet website: https://wallet.google.com
2. Add in your Google Play Store app during checkout time.

Google Wallet app is not available in Malaysia so you won't be able to find it in Google Play Store Malaysia.

Indeed.. Nothing can cheat for the bank. Maybe yes u can download the apps and owe the money.. But I'm sure u can't update your any apps in future due to your gmail is owe the money.. It's will prompt to ask u pay the money..
