This is ridiculous! TS, they r f**king u over.

Ur iPad was faulty since day 1 thus the complaint was lodged then and as it is within the 7 days exchange policy, they MUST honor the policy. Not having stock is their fault and they should just hold ur unit until the stock comes n exchange it for another. What nonsense explanation is that about stock comes before 7 days, u will get exchange.

TS, what model did u buy? Tell me n I will call QB Branch n see if they hv stock. If they say yes, go slap them.

i agree with alvin114,i prefer to buy from online store in the future.
i still remember the Apple guy said they will arrange a courier to pick up our problem ipad at our home..thats nice.. we dont need to go anywhere,just give them a call.Great Service.

sometime i wonder,why so hard RESELLER to give us 1-1 exchange.its an APPLE product and its also EXPENSIVE...

Do u know, Apple Online has heaps of advantages. Just to name a few. Bear in mind, some r on case to case basis but at least they still try to accommodate for us buyers:

- if ur shipping is delayed for a few days even though by customs, a call to apple about it may cause them to issue a rm100 cash rebate. I got that once. Love them for their professionalism
- 14 day one to one exchange
- u r allowed to do one to one for a limit of 2 times
- if after ur 1 to 1, if u r still unhappy, they will offer u a full cash refund.
- items like iPad have free engraving
- proper tax invoice (retailers give u nonsense receipts that r faded or will fade with time)
- delivery to ur doorstep FOC and item is delivered in the brown box n fully super sealed.

Apple Online FTW man. IMHO.
