I'm using iPhone 3G & looking to change phone

I'm thinking of either Galaxy S III or iPhone 4S or wait for iPhone 5

But since I have purchased apps from app store for my productivity such as GoodReader, DocToGo, Quickoffice etc, I'm thinking of sticking back with iPhone.

But S III sounds promising & in view of the new iPhone 5 that will be released in Sept, what do u guys think?
