i was just about to get a Galaxy Nexus, then my friend said dont buy, coz it has some battery drain problems, and errors that the update doesnt help.

Anyone know about this? or can suggest a better phone?

Galaxy ace is ok for basic use, satisfied with it considering that it was the best bang for the buck last time. But now there are better phones for the price, oh it's replaced by ace plus anyway. Carry the old ace price tag too, RM6xx. At that price, SE xperia series are better but considering your bro only wants HTC/Samsung...ace plus will do.

me and my bro wan try use andriod phone thats why only HTC/Samsung.

I give up for waiting my 3years old nokia 5530XM spoil only change phone because quality too good,still in good condition...

I am enjoy using it because only need charge after 3-4days. damn why htc your phone look so cool but your battery so noob....

well battery drain problem is depends how you use
furthermore, can consider get s2 if the camera and microsd is important for you
else just get nexus

if you can wait just wait for it
since samsung malaysia very fast bring in the device sell in Malaysia
an example let you see is the s3, 3rd May announce, 31st May sell in Malaysia

get nokia lumia 800

-Nokia lumia 710, if u dun mind no bluetooth file transfer. Just can transfer contacts.
-Sony xperia U, if u dun mind no sd card slot. Internal memory also only 4gb.

Those 2 are the best. If u mind about those limitations, then u can settle for....

-Ace plus
-SE xperia neo V
-SE xperia pro AP set

Between W and ace plus, sure W better(speed) but also more expensive. U decide.

Motorola RAZR will be good if u dun mind the low resale value and bad camera.
Otherwise, Samsung galaxy nexus.
HTC sensation also can actually, cheaper and got 2 yrs warranty. Better be quick if u want sensation, looks like its production has stopped.

Guys, asking for my friend, what is the best Android phone below RM1000? How about Xperia Go or Galaxy Ace 2? Too many models around, don't even know how to compare...

Just checked those sellers that I rmb having sensation, they dun have liao.
Try hunt around and see.

or galaxy s advance, not worth get ace 2 or ace plus ....
