hi all sifu, i just get my house key, this is subsale house, but prevoius owner never stay before, and he never apply for tnb and syarikat air.

if i always busy and dun have time to apply new meter for tnb and syarikat air, can i ask other people help me to apply with just provide them document needed?

for TNB...your wife no need to go...all you need is licenses and certified wireman with TNB..fill in the form,sign,copy of S&P,..the rest of thing such as wiring diagram the wireman will do. If your wireman is not certified wireman then he/she have to find one to endorsed.


For water also the same procedure.

In kl i know person in syabxx and Tnx..so no problem...but endorsed by certified wireman and waterman is a must...i know certified wireman and waterman...many contractor do have these licenses...
