Is it before or after Khasim Outpost ?

i still can't get the damage 20 with fan of knives achievement
anyone manage to get it? i've killed 30 using fan of knives oso cannot achieve maybe only have to damage and not kill, but also cannot get |

I can't seem to release all the prisoner's ghosts in 120 seconds for the Cursed Hold. I'm always too slow.
I only have a wizard. Any tips for doing it? |
