Haiyahh..No brainer la.. Most of Fern Laners I guess was waiting for atleast the project of MT,AG,MG,ST and WP to complete first as this whole phase are considered one area part of Denai Alam.Dunno why they kick-off Fern Lane project too soon and not almost together with these neighbourhood.
But the rest of the completed project look healty to me (community wise).

When I was offered this unit, I also took consideration that this phase is the last phase in this 'cluster', and the previous ones were almost all occupied. And with it's own single entrance and exit point. Anyway, like I mentioned earlier, we have about 100 houses occupied of around 160 a year after VP. And think we are lucky again that our lorong is being filled up quite fast.

Yea...for Fern Lane to start being 'happening', the rest of the phases must start being occupied and occupancy rate should start getting higher. This would promote a very healthy community set-up.

No, I mean much older and cheaper houses. The A, B and C cluster, which is near to the sales gallery. Mine is C3, but it was launched almost at the same time as Verdania, Serista. C4, and D phases were launched earlier than C3.

Yeah...I gotta agree with you on that. I have a friend living in the older phases - I think its Alstonia....The occupancy rate is very healthy there and the community is very tight as well. Am guessing it will take time for that to happen in Fern Lane nod.gif

I really don't see much movement in FL. My target to move in is 3rd quarter but from the looks of it, there won't be many neighbours.

I started renovation last week. Target to move in April. Can't wait any longer. Few people I know who are not in this forum will be moving in before me.

LOL.....Have to see how the occupancy rate turns out first mate. My mother will also be staying with me at FL if at all I move there - not sure if she can take being alone at home with no neighbors around or any amenities that she can commute to as well.

I was at FL yesterday....checking out my unit and also the corner house in my row that was doing some renovation. Bumped unto the opposite neighbor of mine who coincidentally just finished doing a house warming function. Was having a chat with a few of them there...young couple am guessing BUT didn't know who was the owners tongue.gif

i had a scare 2 nights ago where a snake popped up inside my house at jalan 88 and i accidentally stepped on it barefooted. fortunately the snake slipped away without biting me.

managed to capture it with the assistance of neighbours and release it far far away from the housing area.

so new denai homeowners, you might want extra steps to secure your house from unwanted fauna.

wouldn't want that or anything worse to happen to you.

Besides the 3 houses under renovation on my row there is absolutely no movement at all on the opposite row.

My contractor said "FL owners banyak kayaa maah....can afford to buy expensive houses and suka suka leave it empty"

Obviously I don't fall in that category....
