I have both the Black & Decker RTX and also the Dremel 395, and also used the Abletools before.

Among all i'd choose the Dremel 395 solely because of its reliability. It doesnt heat up as fast as the others and that means it would last longer.

My RTX blew up two times already coz of overheating. It just overheats too fast. But one thing with the RTX is its torque. Its the the best among the three. at low speeds, this thing hardly bogs down under load. Even the dremel lacks the massive amount of torque this thing has.

Lastly, the abletools is a good enough tool if u are really low on cash and just wanna do a little modding. torque and power wise looses out on the other two. rest it well and dont overheat it and it should serve you well.
