Many possibility for Windows Explorer stop working - RAM, hard disk, corrupted Windows system files and etc ... (list can go on and on).

Probably I will suggest to you is to backup your data and do Asus system restore to factory state. It will solve the problem due to corrupted Windows files.

Yes, agree. There are a lot of possibility for IE not working.
My advice to you as a last resort. Send to PC store better... Hope this help. And don't forget to bring your Windows install disc...

1. Backup all your data
2. Try restore the windows using Windows Recovery
3. Try repair your windows with the Windows Installation Disc (Refresh the windows)

thanks johariabdullah, sounds like ntdll.dll is crashing for some reason.

I suggest you backup your data as soon as possible and scan for viruses first. Since ntdll.dll is an important file that could affect your whole system if its corrupted.

Asus notebook has the "Retore" utiliy, just run it and it will restore the notebook to its factory state.

If you think you cant do it, consider to send it to pc repair shop.
