but the AXE stat over 100 + not bad ~

stats wise its awsm, but compared to whats available in the market, its the dmg thats effed up, its random

u can get em at low drop rates, as in rly low lol

majority of the plans drop at inferno only

that means crafted items are account bond or only sell-able but not give-able?

I think is just to prevent people stealing your item you just crafted but dropped coz your bag full.
