My points remain. The message I'm bringing across here is, there are no physical presence of Apple here. Your friend has a face to argue with, we are stuck with third party AASPs that are helpless to decide anything other than their standard scripted procedures and relying on answers from Apple presence ELSEWHERE/OUTSIDE THIS COUNTRY to decide whether your aftersale case is eligible for repair or replacement.

I'd rather have a face to argue with someone directly from Apple, than screaming my lungs out to no end to the local AASPs who has no power whatsoever to decide on your repair/replacement case, and forcing you to wait for decision from Apple SOMEWHERE ELSE OUTSIDE THIS COUNTRY.

That was my point, and that is why ACPP is worthless here. You end up having no control over whether your case is repairable/replacable or not, and worse still, you cant bring it this up to anyone from Apple since there are no Apple presence here, only crappy AASPs.
