she's much easier than homura school... just getting the chains to go through the hand and into the back alone took me minutes due to my large hands >"< changing faceplate requires you to remove the twintail, then the headpiece

but, everything is kinda articulated... the armor on her left arm, the legs, the knees, the small armor part on the knees, the flame on the eyes are movable too... the twintails each are 2 piece... i'm actually very impressed with this nendoroid ... i wish more nendoroids were this movable and detailed
