good morning everybody. good to be back after taking leave for 1 1/2 day.

after work on wednesday, i came back to pick up my gf (my gaga ofcourse, or dares terms it as wifu) for medical check-up. as i am staying at keramat au3, i decided to go to the nearest plotong sc that i can find, which is next to texas instruments, at keramat au2. at first, i am thinking of going to plotong sc at taman midah, cheras, but thinking that place is far far away, i decided to go to the taman keramat sc.

i stepped into the office and requested to check the left headlight no light, summore the bootlid tend to close, cannot stay open. not for long, as the workshop is not very bz, i received my car, and pay rm30 for the bulb. it is confirmed that gaga fl use h7 bulb. i check the boot lid, open it and.. (drumrolls).. wallawei, the bootlid stay open! (*touch wood* ironman style) i was very very happy like baby got toys haha. the problem (before it is not that biggy for me anyway) plagued me for a long time, now solved. now feel macho after this when want to open bootlid.

when i drove my gaga to the nearest petrol station (also near texas), i feel kinda awkward. the magician adjusted my handbrake. because i am very uneasy, after isi minyak, i came back to the sc, asking about the handbrake adjustment. the counter man acknowledge me that the magician adjusted the handbrake. before it is 4 clicks, only the brake tighten. after that, only required 1 click, 2 clicks maximum. he said that is the plotong usual setup. they adjusted to prevent slip-up when apply handbrake. now i know oledi.

have to be used to that for a while. feel like me a newbie, just got a new first car. haha.

after this experience at the plotong sc, i decided for the next service onwarda, i would go to the plotong sc at taman keramat, rather than sc at taman midah. not that taman midah sc is bad anyway. it just that taman midah is farther than taman keramat. i am sure that you guys wondering why i go to taman midah sc before this. here is the story.

i bought the car from sales dealer at taman pertama, cheras. i am working at jalan chan sow lin, near jalan sungai besi. for the first service the salesman recommend the taman midah sc. so i go there. second and third, go there also because already familiar.

maybe the reason want to change sc simply because for nearer location, plus, i remember when send for last service at taman midah, tell to check the bootlid, end up they didn't check, and summore ask me to come on weekdays, mainly because saturday buzy because of many customers want service car.

wah so long like doing essay for homework. haha. back to page 53, got catching up to do.

Eh you stay very near to my house.. I like to try that plotong sc keramat.. Did they allow to bring our own engine oil? Btw my Rafiq using FS oil.. I wonder 5k service for what..
*
5k service is normal service one. just like 1k and 10k service.

please try that plotong sc. i don't say that they will treat u like a king, but they make me feel ease. i am only kind of customer that send to workshop, wait for magician to repair, problem solved. that's all. but from the experiences i have encounter recently makes me like that plotong sc. i do feel they know what they are doing.

about using own engine oil, i don't know about that.

after reading dares urban legend story, i definitely not going to that Taman Midah SC again. just like dares, they only care about services that generate money to them, like service car and so on. if no under warranty, they don't want to entertain one. puiii...

this water repellent is wiper friendly, won't damage the wiper... and after we apply it, we still can use the wiper and spray with windscreen cleaner as usual... the good thing is, when we travel at highway, drizzling rain won't affect our view and doesn't need to use wiper because the water will repel away automatically  flex.gif
can tahan for how long before apply new? if always use spray windscreen cleaner olso can tahan longer isit? how to apply the rain repellent? just spray onto windscreen isit?
