city drive 5th gear 70-80kmh
if jam, 40-50kmh max can shift 3rd-4th gear... (as long maintain 2k rpm)
sometime constant 2nd gear becos very jam, jerk like hell if no step on clutch... doh.gif

highway drive
3k rpm 5th gear, 90-100kmh

can say 40-50% better than heavy footer.
never use proper method to calculate.
