Just sold a chest armor (Zunimassa's Vessel) yesterday night
+111 intel
+57 vit
+57 All resistance
+10% reduced impaired control...
+3 sockets (empty)

i put bid 29.99usd, buyout 69.99 usd
got buyout purchased within 3mins.....

am i selling too cheap?

the armor is just the basic 400+..
but yeah.. i cant find any other zunimassa vessel with 3 sockets in the AH... but their int and vit stats are on the high side
thats y i din put my buyout price very high...

darks0r4, i think your 1h weapon cant sell cox the 900+ dps weapon can ecly catch up your weapon dps with critical dmg, thats y...

my last sale on AUD rmah was 31/8 and 2/9 with AUD 3.5 each..
luxury item cant sell there...

blizzard double taxed my RMAH sale..

the transfer fee is calculated based on my original sale price (9.99-1)*0.15 = 1.35
but the sale price is after (9.99-1)*0.85=7.64,
and use 7.64 -1 - 1.35 again!?!

damn.. just realized that my item din show up in RMAH

i put 1 vile ward to test the RMAH(to see whether i get the payment) and undercut the price like 10-20%.. 1 day gone n not sell.. that is quite impossible to happen...
when i check this in the morning.. my item was not listed at all in RMAH

i think 25usd skorn can do much better
