Normal stormshield, 23% block, 4% reduce from elite, 5% overpower critical hits...hhhmm. not really remember

for me, its just increase the drop rate, can get 3-4 rares drop.. but mostly all under level 60

that why la, my MF 260 after 5NV buff, my gears only can survive act 1 inferno.. so keep farming act 1. last night got 7 ilvl63, none useable..
