Use Winauth, just remember to backup its Authenticator restore code.

I read your post previously mentioned about something like android emulator? is that doing the trick? 

emulator is for you to install the authenticator on pc. thus you need an authenticator still.

i remember my friend went to buy a smart phone just to buy/sell in rmah, lol.

not sure how you do it then. clearly states in bnet you need one.
