yeah i was mindfcuked too if it get sold for 2b, because it doesnt worth that much from what i check(but it is hard to get accurate price check for high end gear, no other similar stats around), make me think my $250 sale was underpriced >.<

well today sniped another similar gear for 40m, hopefully potential for $250 too

really? i put it up for sale at 40 usd yesterday no buyer also , today i even dropped the price to 30 usd

Ring, amulet, glove, and some other categories have too much stat that varies, so it depends on your luck to sell it. Unlike shoulder for example, people are looking for dex/str/int + vit + all resist and some other supportive stats, everyone are looking for the exact same thing, but rings, it's not the same, so the probility of someone searching for your item is low and the probility of him finding item that suits him is low as well, as for that he'll have not much of a choice to buy, so it's either he buys it on a price he's not sure of or he leaves it, if you get what I mean you'll understand the posibility of stuffs like ring to be sold and the potential of its price.

Added on November 11, 2012, 6:14 pmI'll rarely drop here starting from today, I'm invited into a private forum and paid to teach there, there's this group of fanatics, consist of about 15 people paid me total of 450 usd for me to teach them and ask me to livestream my flippings, I like these guy, they're like me, I'm willing to pay 30 usd a month if I could get a lot better than I am now, so I'll help them in anyway I can.

From my observation, mainly there're two reasons why our items are not sold..

1. The prices are just not realistic, too/more expensive for the stats offered,
- the fact that everyone is now and then checking current prices,
trying to set a lower price than the competitor, is not helping the cause.

2. The prices are reasonable & set accordingly (eg: no other competitors are undercutting our price),
but you just haven't met the correct buyer yet.. sigh..
- a beginner's (eg: me) response will be like lowering the price further,
until it's incredulously cheap (not helping the overall market as a whole actually).
- a true flipper (eg: ryperer) i think will hold his price a bit longer,
and, more often that not, he will meet his intended target buyer eventually.
but to do this, you've got to know the true value of the items,
and this expertise will be only gained tru experience.

Great, yep we both know that it's half dead, but earning 3k in 8 days still does mean that it's still in a great shape for us to continue making money of out it. I'm not doing very well but still maintaining 1-2k a week. Best luck for you
