I think the main problem is timing, some ppl need to wait after 1.0.5 only to consider buy it or no.
they worry new n better item come.

1.) sell it fast usd250

2.) wait n sell it >1b ( if got better eq come out than R&^$^%)

I was a flipper too but then i realize in the end i was spending way more time in the AH than the game.

If there are people who are willing to pay $250 for equips, I won't be surprised if some people are willing to pay that much for equips with great stat rolls. I'm glad that there are people like that because I've sold a few items for very high prices. D3 is the best $60 I've put into a game ever!

Well i don't want to sound like a hater man but Activision destroyed this game.

The RMAH is a terrible idea if you just want to play the game. Well, i've seen some dude on EU bought a witching hour belt for 1000 EU.

If it was my son that spent such kind of money, i gonna give him this...
