bot broken again

Is this the guy?



He asked me to lend him money RM850. He came from Ipoh, to attend an interview at Jusco Bukit Tinggi. He got robbed and he lost everything. He need to pay a penalty from JPN to make a new Mykad. He cannot withdraw money because no ATM card, and to make new card, he need an IC. The most dramatic part, he's crying blablabla. He told me that he's begging like a dog to everyone, but nobody cares about it. Very sad story, I've personally experience it before, and nobody help me. And I gave him RM150. The worst mistake I've ever done.

Below is the fake police report.



Modus operandi: Look at the IC number. He will change "his" IC number, 1 day before he con people.

I only realize that the police report is fake today. Look at the SALINAN SAH. And then, theres original signature at the bottom which is, NOT SALINAN.

I don't know who's behind him. He conned me at Tesco Bukit Tinggi Klang. Tesco got sooo many CCTV. Berani gila. And another mistake, I gave him my phone number.

His still using the same act skills to cheat my money.
The location i met him is at tropicana garden malls, he gave me his phone number and he said he will pay me back tmr before 12pm.
In the next day when i cant call him anymore i reported to the police station and the investigation department said that the report of this cases is still not enough to let be make a specific department to focus on this cases, so i was hoping to all of the victims , no matter how much the amount of your money get scammed. How you got scammed. He ask to borrow money or you sold him something?
