I think why he can get away with it is probably due to him finding a loophole with an OKU card. He probably has a Tg Rambutan card or Assburger card that allows him to be excused from all wrong doing.
If he has been doing it for 7 years and we are only exposed to OKU card in the last 2 years. This guy is very far ahead in his con job. |

Eh I macam bump into this pundek in macdonalds plaza OUG few days ago
I was enjoying my fried chicken when he approached me and asked "bro are you local?"
