but still don't we also know " customer " is always right? No matter how bad or thing got into, we still to maintain our EQ and professionalism isn't ? I meet dozen of customer who just play a fool out of buy/sell/salesman and yet they buy nothing but just to gain advantage! Still we maintain our professionalism!
