its a compulsory activity actually... last year we went to oil platform there... then this year we need to go to the field and get our hands dirty yo, all the top executives/management level of the company. we must understand the business from ground.

haha.. i think such exercise is good la. i went offshore b4 visit some oil rig, took helicopter and man it was fun.. then visited the refinery b4... then now at the retail petrol station. even the directors also joined us (kesian those who assigned same station with him). we always have such 'out of office' extra curricular activities de. sometime they would just fly us to netherlands for some ice breaking sessions, sometime fly to miri for some seminars.
