OneUtama have one. Bangsar Shopping Center 2nd level got one. Most apple center also have it, but u have to know them for them to let u use it.

For unlisted paid cafe with free Wifi, there's a cafe in 3rd level OneUtama Old Wing also provide free Wifi. Next lot to the stick machine shop if im not mistaken
