law, i think if you wait abit more longer ... i think by the end of the year the ssd+hdd version would come out (thats IF you can wait)

to install a new sdd ... it would be a hassle ... most probably > system recovery your windows to 4 DVD then reinstall to your sdd? correct me if i am wrong .. still learning zzz , thanks

even now ppl are selling the y480 with sdd+hdd ...asus coming out this year or not > thats just only my assumption bro, dont take it seriously lol. Ssd just came into the market, it would be expensive for now but later, it would most probably be affordable to the market

Woo, enjoy your fullHD display, I already just compare with the i5, the sharpness of the display rocks! Any problem with the touchpad tongue.gif?

Btw, can we adjust the volume of the subwoofer... The laptop audio is kinda louder then the woofer... Rarely can hear the base from it zzzz

What is the maximum RAM capacity for this N56VZ-S4044V model?
*
Runs on w7hp 64bit n the max ram u can install should be 16gb, i asked that question n now I'm just using 8gb ram lol laugh.gif

QUOTE(heartlessboy_92 @ Jul 16 2012, 03:36 PM)
Hey guys who using i5 model..are you using 4gb ram?..i remove another 4gb of ram n now my game runs smoothly and no crash..ram fault i think..

I can't off my WiFi Adapter with FN + F2.... It just more like working as a switch for the LED lights. Any fix for this?

Edit: Just installed ASUS wireless console, now the LED is workable but I have to turn it off manually using the app. The FN + F2 now is completely useless, nothing happened when I press'em.
*
Never tried until that far, will give it when I have a chance

rclxms.gif  congrats man... enjoy. Curious,  Is it new 2x4gb kits ram module you put in or different brand/spec. ? Now we have less problem with n56vz  tongue.gif
*
Different brand n speed shouldn't be much problem, this one really I also don't know where goes wrong sweat.gif

for the keyboard skin i guess still need to wait since the model is kinda new? lol ..... do all the stress test you can do with the model but dont overdo it haha

things i tested out regarding some n56 user here :-

-fn+f2 is working find for me
- " and ' button works fine (dont have to press space bar)
- woofer doesnt play by itself when i plug in the earphone
- asus live doesnt crash

as a conclusion ... rare case scenario on product problem?

is there other thing you guys wanna compare? smile.gif
