Again, we apologize and sorry for delay of the item, and we do keep sending e-mail to update you regarding this, we said sorry in almost every email we sent out to you. and no other shop could ever give you such expensive gifts as requested. we are not saying that we didn't do anything wrong, we admit the mistake, we are really really sorry for the delay that's why we have decided to pull it through even though each unit delivered to you means a lost of around 1k each unit, i think you know how much it cost to deliver all these tvs overseas and costs involved in return and re-deliver well, that's why you had never decided to cancel/refund when we have told you there is unexpected delay, which we wish it did not happen. sincerely apologize once again for everything.
