I planning to buy a high-end MBP. should i purchase in the premium reseller store or apple online store? did premium store offer a education discount? switcher to mac biggrin.gif

If you can afford it, get the rMBP. If you're not going to lug it around (using as desktop replacement), you can consider a vanilla MBP 15", it comes with a superior processor.

But the rMBP counters that with a well-ahead-of-its time display and fast SSD drive.

But I can't upgrade the RMBP right? I will to get the entry one for RMBP. is the high end 2012 model of MBP better?

what are the expected work you're going to do on it. Photo editing? 3D/Autocad software

Or just to watch movie, browse facebook etc...

Still studying. movie, browse thru net, and littlebit of programming. any recommendation? rclxub.gif

You can buy online at store.apple.com/my-k12 for Apple Student Pricing.
Alternatively, you can buy at campus retail outlets, however those priveleges are only for students studying there. AFAIK, there is one in Lim Kok Wing Uni and one in Taylor's Uni, both need to show a valid student ID (or you can use your friends ID who are studying in the uni) to buy.
