expansion of airports is normal. those of u who havent been to lcct durign peak time wont know the feeling. totally packed with people. all the kedai also penuh.nak duduk also no place. toilet also the cleaner cant clean fast enough.

new terminal should make the experience of takign airasia better.

klia actually can support up to 5 runways. that is how huge the land owned by klia.

i cannot brain why everyone thinks that klia is going to closed down when klia2 opens...

klia is the main building handling MAS and other Airlines like JAL, Emirates,Thai Airways etc etc.

KLIA2 will be a welcome addition to KLIA for handling the low cost carriers especially AirAsia.

For those who havent or didnt notice the area around LCCT, it is full of cargo related infrastructure. U got the Animal Hotel, Pos Malaysia, and the Cargo Terminal.

Moving AirAsia operations to KLIA2 would make the current LCCT area more condusive for cargo movement. when LCCT is pack the whole area slows to a crawl. Busses, cars and lorries jostle for road space. LCCT parking area for AirAsia is also insufficient.

By separating cargo and people it would make life easier for alot of people.
