deepcool0922,
Can you provide a screenshot of GPUz for GTX660M?
Hope its not a cripple GTX660M. tongue.gif
Link: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/

GPU is throttling to 815mhz at 70C. Most probably CPU will also be throttle as temp should be higher than GPU.
Wonder whether any sudden drop of fps in hardcore game due to GPU or CPU throttling? hmm.gif

Lenovo has answered in their facebook

lenovo Y580, does it have the 1080P Display variant?
Lenovo Malaysia: "the Lenovo IdeaPad Y580 does not have a 1080p display variant model, it currently comes with at 15.6" WLED screen!"

Is Lenovo Y580 out in shops already? Saw Lenovo's advertisement in The Star. And if it is, which shop can we get it from? Thank you!
Lenovo Malaysia: "Yes, once it is released you will be able to find the specs on the Lenovo Malaysia website! At the moment there are no solid plans to release the Lenovo IdeaPad Y480 with Nvidia GT650m GPU in Malaysia, but we will keep you updated when we have more solid information on that!"

The latest driver version 295.55 display the wrong info in GPUz. Roll back to the factory default version 295.93 which display the correct info in GPUz.

Why your HDD so hot bro? sweat.gif

With OpenHardwareMonitor you can enable graph to plot your temperature overtime.

Wow! want to stress ur baby kau-kau ah... biggrin.gif
Nice CPU & GPU temp below 90C tho' the temperature still increasing & not yet stable. Unfortunately, no GPUz screen shot to determine any GPU throttling.
By the way, are u running with cooler or air-cond.

Thank u so much for taking the trouble to run the FULL stress test which pushing ur baby to its limit. notworthy.gif
During FULL stress, CPU max at 92c, GPU 75c without any throttling showing that the FULL copper heat sink is working great thumbup.gif.
The temp look quite impressive when compare to Asus G55VW stress with Furmark & Prime95, CPU max at 95c & GPU 77c tho' under different test setup/temperature.
HDD's temp. can be easily taking care off by using a suitable cooler.

Ahh.. GPU throttles to 835mhz when u OC it to 970mhz with temp 78c. Lenovo is throtting the GPU when it hit 78c. They don't allow us to oc the GPU tho' its still far below the safe limit. Sifu, any way to bypass it? brows.gif

Got my Lenovo Y580 from Ajul since last Thursday night. Got to admit that this is one awesome machine. I have been using it to play Diablo 3 for the past 4 days and faced no issues like overheating/lag/etc. I thought that the HD screen (not FHD) was okay but it was incomparable to my old MacBook Pro in terms of color generation... Kinda disappointed with that. But gaming is definitely spectacular on this machine for this price  drool.gif
