morning guys, my preve got some thing not right...
yesterday evening, in peak of jalan dewan bahasa traffic jam, my car suddenly turn off by itself.. lucky the traffic is totally not moving.. once its turn off, i shift gear to p and pedal on brake press start again(without problem is start back to normal).. actually this is 2nd time happen.. 1st on parking site few days ago (i tod im accidently press off button).. the odo just reach 800km, next monday plan to 1k service.. now takut2 d.. anyone facing same issue as me? |

[/quote] I received my preve on 23rd May. First service on 29th May, and drive my car to Perlis, came back on 4th June. On 7th June, the problem came. The car suddenly stutter, losing power and finally stopped. Tried to start the engine back. After half an hour, it started, but the engine timing not stabil, ie, sometimes high, sometimes very low. Later more nightmare came. White smoke came from exhaust. I've called I Care and my car finally towed to COE on the same day. Preve team (not sure whether this team really exist, they claim there's special team handling Preve) claimed it's due to Cam Censor not working, and they need to order spare part from Tanjung Malim. Fine, but today, after exactly 1 week, the service team informed me that the turbo not working, they need more time to check. They blame the service center for putting 5 litre of black oil causing the problem. This excuse really makes me upset. After 1 week they are telling me this? I don't have any problem driving to/from Perlis with what been claimed as excessive black oil. I demand Proton to give me a new car, as I don't want to drive a car which broken down within 2 weeks from delivery.... I'm might bring this matter to Tribunal Pengguna, as the way proton handle this case is very poor... minor2 problem seem to be can tolerate.. but if heart(engine) of car not working, what else can u do?... change to new engine?
actually my plan bough preve, after 10 years old i'm considering change cfe engine to others, but if within 1 year engine got problem, seem my plan xble pakai d.. |
