yup.. .. biasanya org nego nak freegift ni masa booking...kalau dia xbagi apa yg dia promise masa booking tu baru la boleh fucuk dia... ni kita mintak masa nak collect keta just becoz tgk kat forum org lain dapat... tak adil gak la.. mungkin org yg dapat byk freegift tu sebab dia dah mintak awal2 masa booking ..so SA kena la kotakan janji

If you stick the 2nd layer, and over time the bottom layer bubbles, chances are neither company will compensate you.

I see. Ya, they are quite slow & more & more preve cars coming to service & also making complaints.

At first, the SA also told me the same thing i.e. may need to leave the car for further inspection. But then later the CAT team told me that no point to leave my car over there as it already friday & no spare parts.

I met the CAT team twice (morning once & when collect my car), and tested drive my car together with them.

I guess depend on what problem(s) that you are facing with your car, no point to leave your over there; unless it is a one way valve issue, FC problems, etc.

The SAs should have been in sync with the CAT team in the first place. Now I only have one car to use at home and still have to make a trip there to collect the car without having the problem resolved. Really wasted my time.

My SA even worst, he just handed over my case to CAT team, let me alone to deal with them then he just walk away.
He totally did not follow up my case and never update me about my car status whether my car is done or not. When I back to COSE, could not even find him. mad.gif

A little review:
Initial Sluggish is GONE compared to the test drive unit which the Sluggish is very obvious. Others following the check list. Everything was fine except the Gear light is quite dim although set to the brightest . I think its a common issue here. other than that, everything is perfect! Busy molesting the car now, will give more review after testing it more  rclxm9.gif  rclxm9.gif

They never call me at all... I went to service because my mileage already over 1K.

Once there, I did not complain anything about battery nor engine problem. When ready to collect my car, I simply said this car FC quite high and the service adviser told me they already did the engine tuning for me, some more *not so clear what he said* the battery for me free of charge. sweat.gif

If they fix your battery, you will know bro, your HU will be locked and asked you to re-enter pin code. The clock had been reset. The trip meter also reset (though not sure if this is cause by battery of engine tuning). For my case, my folding side mirrors also out of sync (not folding when lock the car, not unfold when press the button, but can easily fix).

Oh, my HU got asked me to enter the PIN again, trip meter reset and the side mirrors also out of sync already.
They had done something on the battery...may be they tuned the engine? because I did mention to them the FC of my car quite high.
Have to go back to SC to get it fix?
