Role: Intern / Graduate Trainee (Bachelor's Degree in IT, IS, etc)

Remuneration: RM500

Requirements:

- Assist Senior IT Technical Support
- Able to absorb professional knowledge and good in problem-solving
- Able to troubleshoot computer hardware and software
- Experience with PC and Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to multitask
- Good bi-lingual verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Additional (optional)
- Basic programming skills in any programming language
