Training/Job Placement, Get Paid to learn., Unemployed/Retrenched/Fresh Grads (Job Provider)

McGraw and Marshalls, a company licensed by the Human Resource Development Fund, now gives you the opportunity to learn corporate skills and earn a placement in a company, while the Human Resource Ministry pays you an allowance of RM500-RM800 per month.

Who should apply?

People who are unemployed,retrenched,fresh graduates with no work experience; who have trouble finding suitable job placements, because of lack of job experience or required skills.

Why should you apply?

Imagine getting paid to learn skills that will help you not just in finding a job, but also in improving your value as an employee. Also, after initial training for 3 months, you will be placed in a company where you will be able to use those skills and be given a chance to seek long term employment either at that company, or elsewhere.

What's the catch?

There is no catch. This is a government funded project, under the purview of the Human Resource Ministry. We are one of the companies licensed to carry out this corporate training and job placement programme, in view of the current economy. There is no initial payment involved, you merely have to sign up and be approved by the Ministry to be submitted into the program.

What do I have to do to sign up?

Our next batch of training commences at the end of August. It will consist of a 6 month training programme.
You must be able to travel to our training center in Bukit Raja, Klang (other centers are in the process of being set up) about 3 times a week for the first 3 months to attend training. Placement/Internships for the next 3 months will be at corporate companies located around Klang Valley.
