Position: Sales & Administration Assistant
Location: Prima Klang Avenue, Jalan Kota, Klang
Working Hours:
9.00am to 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
9.00am to 1.00pm (Sat)
Flexi-workdays option avalable (min 4 days/week)
Salary: RM1200-RM1500 plus commissions
Job Requirement
Qualification : SPM/STPM/Diploma
Age: 20 to 35 years
Language: Fluent in English and Malay, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
Motivation: Eager to learn new knowledge in service and tourism industry ; hardworking and self-motivated ; able to multi task
IT: Able use software such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Communication: Able to converese well i.e. polite, tactful, relaying clear instructions, obtaining precise information, etc
Transport Have own transportation is an advantage
Nationality: Malaysian or foreigner
Job Scope
- Prepare sales quotations and invoices
- Prepare custom made holiday packages/ itinerary
- Make analysis of sales data and market rates
- Prepare and sending sales promotions
- Provide customer liaison support on confirmed bookings such as driver details, late check in, special request, room upgrade, refund, etc.
- Update company website information
- Carry out general office administrative and accounting tasks
