Not in Astro case. All the cornerstone (except Khazanah) can sell from day 1. This is what I read from The Star

How about their current promotion for 2nd decoder? I heard lot of subscriber show interest. Last time they did offered, but not many interested as you must be on full package in order to get the 2nd at 50%. Now now more such requirement. 50% off regardless what is your package.


anyway..the counter is very..very green today...2.75 now!
