Just bought the slimming Tincoco stockings and Nubra from seller - positive A+++ experience!

1. Added seller on Skype, she's one of the few sellers that use Skype and is available on most IMs
2. Seller is friendly and accommodating, agree to send out via Skynet courier immed after payment. By 5PM I received Skynet tracking number
3. I paid around 230PM and before 24 hrs is up, I received the package at 1PM!!
4. Super happy, package came nicely packed !
5. After-sales service was excellent - she offered to send me the stockings type if I send back the leggings!

PS: My bad for not telling whether I want leggings or stockings hehe, but thanks!

My daughter placed an order 3 days ago. Tracked the shipment (Tracking Details - 201669157885) arrived in Skynet Batu Caves yesterday (Saturday) & waited till 4.45pm but no sign of the courier guy. Tracked again later in the evening, 'Shipment Problem 1: Date: 20 Oct 12 3:00 pm CONSIGNEE NOT AT HOME/OFFICE. DELIVERY WILL BE RE-ATTEMPTED
Delivery has been attempted, the consignee was not present / company closed. Delivery will be re-attempted on 21 Oct 12'.

Skynet's delivery system is a disaster! This is not the 1st time as we have faced delivery problems from this company on numerous times. Last year was the worst, package was delivered around 2 weeks later after numerous calls to the company. Today, I have tried to call Batu Caves & Cheras contact number without any success.

I expect to have many more excuses from them.
Is there no other courier company you can use, ie Kangaroo or Fedex? At least Pos Laju is more reliable then this company.

Maybe area problem.
Some place will meet this problem, some wont.
I'll help you contact the skynet office tomorrow, sorry let you wait so long. TQ
