Hi, wanna ask for my gf house that is located in pantai hillpark.. now she is using dial-up jaring n it can cost alotz.. try asked for streamyx but they dont have coverage there.. any alternatives?thx

why not have coverage...my fren here can used stimmix long2 time ago....my house around pantai hillpark too..and im used stimmix now

dunno...bout a week ago me n my gf go to the mvalley IT centre..got a strymx booth there.. registered, and few days later called saying that d service is not avail..living in phase 2 btw...

It depends , could be many reasons


1. Not enough port

2. no DSLAM/RTDSLAM

3. The copper line is tooo bad

yes, pantai hillpark phase 2 only use maxis line. you can suscribe axis broadband service. its cost around rm99 permonth. speed around 384kbps. very expensive hor. i wish pantai hillpark hv telekom line. hmm moving to other place next month... sigh!

alternative:wireless.. 3G, EDGE, Jaring Wireless.

Hi, I am also staying in Maxis area. I have been using mobileinternet for the past 4 months and it is very stable. Speed ranging from 100 - 200 kbps. Fixed monthly rate. Can access to internet virtually anywhere in Malaysia. In the house, office, on the road, highway etc.

Tried in Pantai Hillpark before, it work well over there.

U can get the device in some shops at Low Yat Level 2. Just tell them u want the mobile internet wireless card.

telekom has taken over pantai hillpark phase 2 starting this january...so start applying for fixed line and streamyx since telekom are having promotions at the moment.

Is she got phone lines ? pm i can get her in waiting list more of her friends like to use it the more chances the new DSLAM will be setup there
