1) You can do that by creating sub-domain.
2) You can choose any provider that offer both gTLD domain name and *.my domain name. Such as me (look at my signature) |

You don't need to purchase another domain for creating a sub domain, just use your existing domain name. Sub domain will be pointed to sub folder of main domain. Such as this:
Main domain: mydomain.com Sub-domain: first.mydomain.com, second.mydomian.com, third.mydomain.com, etc |
