A few things you should consider - either liner or cement/mosaics based. Water in the pool tend to get acidic over time, and if the pH is low, it can eat into the cement lining the mosaics, and after a few years, your feet may start to feel the sharp edges of the mosaics, earlier if the mosaics were laid properly in the first place. Personally i prefer the liner type of pool, less slippery, kinder to the soles, and less maintenance.

You can do your own maintenance, or if you have a gardener or maid, teach them how to vacuum the pool. Generally if your pool is located in treeless area, you have less maintenance to do. If your neighbour loves open burning, then you r in trouble.

Go for it, maintenance is not as bad as u think.

bro, just a question. liner sounds better based on my findings even though we wont have the shining effect from the mosaic. i also found out that for liner, it is easier to fix if u have some damage to pool. it is cheaper as an overall too. how much do you pay for your pool bro? please share.

You are right, easier to fix leaking if using liner, and you dont need heavy concreting as base. 10mx3mx1.2m should be around 90k, 12mx3mx1.2m around 110k, 18mx3mx1.2m around 140k, just to give you an idea.
