A bigger/lap pool is only 'worth' it if you have children or frequently entertain people at home. But then again, worth is a relative term. If it's just you and your woman, a smaller sized jacuzzi would do the trick just as fine, if not better. You get seats and jets and hot water. You won't be needing all the extra space and water anyway.
