Yes demb is good!

Could you post some pictures so we can help you to diagnose this problem!

Most definitely the 5100 is capable of taking awesome shots

a question, how do i set hyperfocal distance for my 55-300 and my 35mm?

both lens dont come with the focus meter and marking, i have to mark it myself but dont know how sad.gif
*
Just follow what Jchue says!

If you dont know the distance you can either get a new lens

or

purchase a range finder

https://www.google.com/search?q=range+finde...iw=1560&bih=689

Here you go loads of them!

That is why I recommended you a range finder or not it would be impossible for you to guess the range of your subject!..

If you want to use it for street photography

go google zone focusing and later on use a random subject you want to take and make a few test shots, after youre comfortable with what you have do set your auto focus to manual now you can head to the streets!

What group is that? Share it with us ;D

Of course shopping malls are private property. Someone (or more usually, some company) owns the mall, and rents out stores. Most definitely not us the taxpayers pay for the malls lol!
